Best European Lead Nurturing Program: Sony Professional Solutions Europe
Sony Professional Solutions Europe (PSE) creates and supplies products, systems, and solutions to the business market – verticals include retail, transportation, and healthcare. Sony PSE created a sophisticated lead nurturing program targeted at the Videographer market, building specific content to match where these prospects were in the sales cycle. The results were phenomenal and now other Sony divisions are curious as to how they can do the same.
Best European Lead Scoring Program: McAfee
McAfee, the world’s largest dedicated security technology company, built an impressive EMEA specific lead scoring program with the goal of improving overall lead quality. With the lead scoring program in place, the marketing team can now better segment and target based on lead scores and the most qualified leads are being sent to sales. Sales has the right leads which translates into improved close rates and increased revenue growth!
European Rookie of the Year: Swiss Post Solutions
A leader in providing solutions for clients in the areas of document processing services, strategic document outsourcing and customer management business process outsourcing, Swiss Post Solutions dove right into the Revenue Performance Management journey. Within a few months of implementing marketing automation, Swiss Post Solutions had already sent out a multi-language campaign.
