In celebrating the Eloqua AppCloud’s first birthday this week, we thought it would be interesting to take a look at the contrast in leads generated by marketing organizations using apps compared to those who are not.
Not surprisingly, we found that Eloqua customers who use apps as part of their marketing experience a substantial increase in monthly form submissions over their peers who are not yet using apps. Even more compelling is that the more apps used, the higher the form submissions.
Why is this? Generating leads comes from the ability to attract and convert potential buyers. The Eloqua AppCloud gives marketers a deeper understanding of their buyers. This helps make their campaigns more relevant, gives them the ability to engage visitors through channels outside of email and gives them more time to execute incremental campaigns by reducing the manual efforts required to cleanse/append data, send reminders, collect registrations for webcast and so forth. It’s a win-win situation: less effort, higher returns.
